Booker must be at least 18 years of age and provide a valid photo ID. Bookings must be made through the official online reservation system. Bookings are not confirmed until, Full payment is processed and agreement is docusigned.  Then  conformation email sent once both have been completed and booking is confirmed.

Full payment is required at time of booking, including any add-on experiences selected. Only valid credit cards accepted through the online portal or Debit cards will be accepted with additional  need a 50% refundable deposit in addition to full payment at time booking. 

If you decide to cancel your reservation, Huntington Beach Beach house does not offer full refund to original payment methods Instead the following terms apply:

• 48 hours prior to reservation start: you will  receive a credit equal to the payment amount rendered to be applied to a future booking at date in future that is available .
• Less than 48 hours prior to reservation start: No refunds or credit will be issues 

If there is a forecast of significant wind or rain impacting your day, Huntington Beach Beach House will notify you the night before. In such instances, you will be presented with 2 options.

• You may choose to reschedule and  receive credit for future date to use 
•  Opt to risk rain and winds impacting that may  experience and continue rental plan as originally booked. But will assume any  responsibility for any damages resulting from weather to lounge setup 
•  If  rental period has already started  and significant wind or rain occur unexpectedly  , no credit will be provided for future use and you may choose if you want to continue rental plan as you were before change . But will assume any  responsibility for any damages resulting from weather to lounge setup 

A pin-drop location will be sent by text at 10:00 AM on the rental day to the phone number on file. All locations chosen for Luxury set ups our on  Huntington City Beach. 

If you a have a spot you prefer on Huntington City Beach  to have your  set up you can request it and we will do our best day of rental to accommodate but can not guarantee the exact spot. but will try to be as close as possible. If no request is made we will pick a perfect spot for your day.

You must keep the beach lounge in the original pin-drop location. Moving it elsewhere will result in forfeiture of your full deposit, a $150 fee, and may prevent future rentals from Huntington Beach Beach House.

The  time slots are set and can not be modified or credited if rental is not used for entire time slot for any reason. Day slots are 10 am -4pm and Night slots are 7pm-10pm .

If you opt to conclude the time slot prematurely and wish to avoid being responsible for all equipment until the end of the time slot, kindly contact Huntington Beach Beach House to communicate your desire to end the time slot early. Failure to notify Huntington Beach Beach House makes you fully responsible for any damages or theft until the 4pm time slot ends, even if you leave early and are unaware of any incidents. 

 

Failure to vacate the beach lounge set up once booking time slot has ended may lead to forfeiture of your full deposit, a $150 fee, and potential future rental restrictions from Huntington Beach Beach House.

All items Will be photographed and documented prior to start of booked time slot in condition given at start of rental for Huntington Beach Beach House records

If you have any concerns of quality of any i of items  for the beach lounge experience provided to you they must be reported within the first 30 minutes of rental to Huntington Beach  Beach House. We  will address any concerns and solve all issues in within the next 30 minutes to prevent any further delays of perfect beach day, otherwise, you accept full responsibility for the items in the lounge package in like-new condition.

Upon completion of your scheduled time slot, please ensure the items provided during your booking are left  in the same condition and location as start of time slot.  Normal wear and tear is acceptable for Huntington Beach Beach  House. Any  tears, stains, water damage, broken parts, or any other damage occurred during your reservation is not considered normal wear and tear and is considered damaged. 

Upon completion of your scheduled time slot, when Huntington Beach Beach House takes down beach lounge set up any damages that occurred during your possession of the rental will be noted and documented  and photographed along with photographed documentation at beginning of rental to show damage that occurred during your possession. You then will be contacted in prefer contacted by email wiht  proof of damages  to you with in 24 hours making you aware of damage. All Damaged parts or components will be repaired/replaced at the discretion of the Huntington Beach Beach House and customer will be liable at that time  to pay current retail prices for components replaced or repaired as agreeed upon in signed rentlal Agreement .  If no damages have occureed deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours. 

In the event of theft, you are accountable for reimbursing Huntington Beach Beach House the full current retail price of the stolen items and must notify Huntington Beach Beach House immediately upon becoming aware of any theft.
